Hi, I’m Erica and I’m the founder of Leading Light Business Development.
I am passionate about finding you, your ideal clients and helping to nurture those relationships and ultimately increase your sales.
I will treat your business with passion and pride, as if it were my own and show your prospective clients the value they will get from choosing to work with you.

Background and experience
Having accomplished over 10 years experience as a B2B – led Business Development Manager in various sectors including; Office Supplies, Office Design & Refurbishment and FMCG. I decided to create Leading Light.
I love helping people and, whilst I never intended to get into sales and business development, I quickly found I had a knack for it.
My vision for the Business was to have the freedom and flexibility of being Self-employed whilst allowing my passion for Sales and excellent Customer Service to shine through.
