This Privacy Notice provides information about how Erica Grigs T/A Leading Light Business Development (Leading Light) process personal information (Personal Data) as part of their normal business.

Leading Light aims to provide you with the highest quality of service. To do this we must keep records about you, and the services we have provided to you or plan to provide to you.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You are a client or prospective client interested in working with us
  • You have signed up to our mailing list.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

– Searches including Google and other sources of public information for the purposes of introducing you to your prospective clients.

– Telephone calls whereby we may enquire to contact the individual responsible for making decisions based on the product or service applicable to their role within a business.

– Client and prospecting data supplied by our clients.

Some data is deemed Sensitive Data and we can only process this with your consent or the individual whose Personal Data it is. If the consent is not forthcoming or withdrawn, we may not be able to complete the provision of our Services with no liability on our part. Information will be seen by the Leading Light staff and approved representatives involved in delivering your services. There is sometimes a need to share information about you with other Third-Party providers so that we can work together to provide you with the best possible service to meet your needs. Any redundant data will be deleted, and we regularly review storage for this purpose.

We must provide you with the information you request within 30 days although we will endeavour to do so as soon as possible.
